Job summary

Manulife/John Hancock is seeking a senior Rewards practitioner to maintain competitive compensation, benefits, and pension programs in Indonesia. The role focuses on market benchmarking, regulatory alignment, and governance across local and global rewards projects, with extensive collaboration with HRPs and leadership.

You will lead annual and mid-year reviews, manage data integrity, budget forecasting, and vendor negotiations, while ensuring compliant, market-driven rewards strategies aligned

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of rewards experience in a large multinational financial services or insurance organization.
• Strong knowledge of tax and employment law affecting rewards programs and compliance.
• Experience with vendor management and benefits programs, including negotiating renewals.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end annual and mid-year compensation review activities at local level, including guidelines and market data.
• Ensure data integrity audits, pool management, in-cycle audits, and country reporting.
• Prepare benefits budget/forecasts for financial reporting and review vendor contracts for optimizations.
• Act as local SME on rewards, advising HRPs and engaging leadership for consensus.
