Job summary

ATI Business Group is seeking a Senior Logistics Operations Lead to oversee the Bekasi distribution center for a leading FMCG client. You will manage receiving, warehousing, order fulfillment, and shipping, driving efficiency and cost control.

The role demands hands-on leadership, strong knowledge of warehouse management systems, inventory control, and transportation coordination. You will build KPIs, develop strategies, and collaborate with procurement, sales, and planning to align logistics

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics or related field.
• Extensive experience in warehouse and distribution center operations.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day distribution center operations in Bekasi, including receiving, warehousing, order fulfillment, and shipping.
• Develop strategies to optimize warehouse layout, processes, and resource allocation for efficiency.
• Manage inventory accuracy and cycle counts to minimize stockouts and overstock.
• Lead and develop warehouse staff to achieve performance targets.
• Ensure health, safety, and environmental compliance within the facility.
• Coordinate transportation logistics with carriers for timely deliveries.
• Implement KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage the operational budget and identify cost-savings opportunities.
• Utilize WMS and other technologies to boost efficiency.
• Collaborate with procurement, sales, and planning to align logistics with business goals.

• Ensure strict adherence to all health, safety, and environmental regulations within the facility.
• Manage transportation logistics, coordinating with carriers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products.
• Implement and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor operational performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage the operational budget, control costs, and identify opportunities for savings without compromising service quality.
