• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and field construction.

Responsibilities

• Manage all team to implement safety processes, near miss reporting, and mitigate risk.
• Prepare FEED and technical specifications for projects.
• Provide technical advisory to field construction and standardize best practices.
• Troubleshoot operational problems to avoid interruptions and meet schedule.
• Manage cost, schedule, safety, quality, and start-up through COD of the project.
• Coach on field construction best practices and track competencies.
• Ensure implementation of technical standards and Safety In Design.
• Coordinate with team on design reviews and maintenance programs.
