Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline and extensive experience in geothermal wells.
• Experience delivering well designs through feasibility, concept, FEED and detailed design phases.
• Strong knowledge of high-temperature, corrosive geothermal environments and well integrity risks.
• Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary interfaces and complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop geothermal well concepts, design bases and delivery strategies for production and injection wells.
• Prepare and assure well designs including casing, cementing, completion and testing.
• Lead or participate in risk assessments and technical reviews across the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate interfaces between wells, subsurface, reservoir, geoscience and process teams.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical quality and business development.
