Job summary

Worley is seeking an experienced Reservoir Engineer for its Jakarta office. The role focuses on geothermal reservoir engineering, design basis, and long-term production strategies within a global energy and resources company.

The candidate will lead technical reviews across FEED, EPC/EPCM, drilling and operations, ensuring alignment with project goals. Ideal candidates will have 8+ years in geothermal reservoir engineering, with strong knowledge of wells, steamfields, and power-plant interfaces.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in reservoir, petroleum, chemical or mechanical engineering, geoscience, or a closely related discipline.
• Postgraduate study is desirable.
• Experience in geothermal reservoir engineering and deliverables is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead on reservoir design basis, sustainable extraction limits and production strategies.
• Forecast pressure, enthalpy and mass output; quantify uncertainty and risks.
• Define well targets and deliverability inputs for drilling and plant design; verify consistency with forecasts.
• Coordinate with geoscience and drilling teams to update reservoir models and advise reinjection/chemistry constraints.
