Qualifications

• 15 years of experience in Geothermal Engineering.
• At least 5 years of experience as Engineering Manager.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership to the project team and act as the on-site senior PMC representative during site construction activities.
• Manage all team safety processes, near-miss reporting, and risk mitigation to ensure safe operations.
• Assist and advise during bid document preparation, tendering, bid evaluation, contractor evaluation and contract negotiation with environmental requirements.
• Supervise and lead engineers and scientists; oversee production, quality control and maintenance in Geothermal plants.
• Develop overall concepts for new products or solutions to prevent project delays.
