Job summary

Monroe Consulting Group is partnering with a consumer-focused organisation in Bali, Indonesia, to hire a Senior Garment Technician & Pattern Making professional. You will drive technical excellence across garment development, pattern engineering and production readiness.

Lead development from concept to production, ensuring garment fit, quality and feasibility across multiple categories while mentoring junior team members and coordinating with suppliers.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of garment technical development, pattern making and product development experience.
• Mentoring or supervising junior technical team members.
• Strong communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sample development from concept to production.
• Review patterns for fit, drape, and manufacturability.
• Coordinate fabric testing, grading improvements, and production feasibility.
• Prepare and manage technical packs, BOMs and spec sheets.
• Collaborate with designers, suppliers and factories to meet timelines.
