Job summary

Indigo Luna Store is seeking an experienced Garment Technical Developer to lead sample development from sketch to final sample. You will own pattern making with deep knowledge of woven, jersey, knitwear, and intimates construction, ensuring accurate fit and production readiness.

Strong collaboration with manufacturers and designers is essential, along with sustainability-minded practices. You will mentor junior staff, manage multiple projects across categories, and maintain precise tech packs

Qualifications

8-10+ years of experience in garment technical development and pattern making.

Responsibilities

Own sample development independently from sketch to final sample.
Create and oversee pattern making with full understanding of garment construction.
Analyse fit comments and translate feedback into technical action points.
Lead fitting sessions: taking measurements and notes for adjustments.
Coordinate with manufacturers on technical comments, corrections, and updates.
Track sample development at every stage, ensuring timelines and revisions are followed.
Mentor and support junior technical staff on development and pattern making.
