Job summary

PUMA is seeking a Senior Executive, Finance to drive budgeting, forecasting, reporting and business analysis across functions. You will consolidate inputs, monitor performance against budgets, and provide actionable insights to support strategic decisions.

This role requires strong Excel skills and experience with ERP systems, in a fast-paced multinational retail setting. You will collaborate with HR, Retail, Sales, Merchandising and Operations to ensure alignment of financial and operational

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 4–6 years of finance, FP&A, or accounting experience.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Support preparation of annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and periodic financial reviews.
• Consolidate inputs from functions and monitor performance vs budgets.
• Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
• Analyse performance, identify variances, and recommend improvements.
• Partner with HR, Retail, Sales, Merchandising, Operations to guide financial decisions.
