Job summary

PT PUMA Cat Indonesia is seeking a Senior Executive, Finance to lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and business analysis in support of strategic business decisions. The role collaborates with stakeholders across functions to drive performance and improve financial results.

The ideal candidate holds a related degree, 4–6 years of FP&A experience, and recognizes the value of cross-functional partnering in a multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• CPA, CA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent certification is an advantage.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and verbal.
• Minimum 4-6 years of finance, FP&A, commercial finance, or accounting experience.
• Multinational retail, consumer goods, or FMCG experience preferred.
• Detail-oriented, collaborative, proactive, analytical, and able to work with deadlines.
• Willing to travel when required for business needs.

Responsibilities

• Support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting and analysis.
• Partner with HR, Retail, Sales, Merchandising, Operations to align financial and operational goals.
• Monitor performance, identify risks and opportunities, provide actionable insights.
• Assist in cost control and governance processes.
• Drive process improvements in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and system use.
