Job summary

PUMA Group in Jakarta, Indonesia seeks an experienced finance professional to lead FP&A and accounting. You will coordinate budgets and forecasts, ensure accuracy, and present results to stakeholders across the organization.

Responsibilities include developing a robust controlling function, setting up risk policies, and overseeing audit and taxation matters. Requires a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance, 5–7 years of multinational experience, and fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• CPA, CA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent certification is an advantage.

YOUR MISSION:

• Co-ordination, compilation of budgets/forecasts, ensure accuracy and reasonableness. Discussion with stake holders and mgt, presentation of budget numbers.
• Monthly/ Quarterly/ Annual reporting- ensure accuracy and timelines are met. Variance analysis vs Budget and forecast. Liaise with global function for the reporting requirements.
• Develop a robust controlling function.
• Set up Risk function ( eg- Credit review policy, regular check against SOA/approval matrix. Creation of SOPs.)
• Responsible for Audit and Taxation matters.
• Any other duties in the capacity of in charge of a legal entity.

YOUR TALENT:

Education:

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field. CPA, CA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent certification is an advantage.

Language Skills:

Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and verbal.

Professional:

Minimum 5-7 years of finance, FP&A, commercial finance, or accounting experience. Multinational retail, consumer goods, or FMCG experience preferred.
