Job summary

PUMA in Jakarta is seeking a senior finance professional to lead FP&A and business partnering initiatives, driving budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis across the regional business landscape. You will consolidate inputs from multiple functions, prepare timely reports and dashboards, and ensure adherence to budgets and governance processes while supporting strategic decisions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance/economics or related field.
CPA/CA/ACCA/CMA or equivalent certification is an advantage.
Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and verbal.
Minimum 4-6 years in finance, FP&A, commercial finance, or accounting.

Responsibilities

Support preparation of annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and periodic financial reviews.
Consolidate inputs from business functions and monitor performance against approved budgets.
Prepare timely and accurate financial reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
Analyze business performance, identify variances, and provide recommendations to improve financial results.
Partner with HR, Retail, Sales, Merchandising, Operations, and other departments to align financial and operational objectives.
