Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to lead facade installation activities on our Batam project. You will read and interpret drawings, supervise cladding or curtain wall works, and ensure quality, safety, and timely progress on site.

Ideal candidates hold a civil/structural engineering degree and have hands-on facade installation supervision experience. Strong leadership, English proficiency, and ability to coordinate trades are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in civil/structural engineering.
Experience supervising facade installation projects such as cladding or curtain wall.
Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
Proficient in English.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily facade installation activities on site.
Read and explain construction drawings, shop drawings, and specifications to the team.
Ensure setting out, bracket installation, and panel alignment meet specs.
Monitor quality, dimensions, levels, and tolerances for compliance.
Coordinate manpower, materials, tools, and equipment for site operations.
Provide technical guidance to installers and subcontractors.
Report progress, issues, and delays to the Project Manager.
Identify and resolve installation issues with the project team.
Inspect site to ensure safety and quality standards are met.
Coordinate with project managers and other trades for smooth delivery.
Prepare daily site reports on progress, manpower, materials, and issues.
