Job summary

You will develop shoe samples per HQ specifications, coordinate with HQ on development requirements, and ensure sample quality meets required standards. Strong proficiency in MS Office and fluent English are essential to succeed in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any major.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in footwear development.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced work environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the shoe development process from initial development through final sample completion.
• Develop shoe samples according to technical specifications and requirements provided by HQ.
• Communicate and coordinate directly with HQ regarding shoe development requirements and sample revisions.
• Inspect and verify shoe sample quality to ensure compliance with required specifications.
• Prepare development reports and presentations
