Pou Chen Group Indonesia is seeking a Footwear Development professional to take product concepts through development to production, coordinating with engineering, design and manufacturing teams for timely launches.

The role requires a minimum diploma, fluency in English, and strong project management with the ability to handle multiple deadlines while ensuring technical quality and knowledge of shoes manufacturing processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum diploma or combination of secondary school.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Create product specifications, maintain records, style files and samples.
• Plan and track development schedules to meet calendar deadlines.
• Ensure technical quality and integrity of products under responsibility.
• Collaborate with engineering, design and manufacturing for on-time launches.
• Identify and address technical or logistical challenges to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor development timelines, budgets and quality standards.
