Job summary

Pou Chen Group Indonesia is seeking a skilled Footwear Developer to manage the shoe development process from concept to final sample completion.

You will develop shoe samples per HQ specifications, coordinate with HQ on development requirements, and ensure sample quality meets required standards. Strong proficiency in MS Office and fluent English are essential to succeed in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any major.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in footwear development.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

• Manage the shoe development process from initial development through final sample completion.
