Job summary

Pou Chen Group, the world’s largest branded footwear manufacturer, seeks a Shoes Developer to drive development from concept to final sample. You will translate technical specs into physical samples and align with HQ for revisions.

In this fast-paced role, you will inspect sample quality, prepare development reports, and communicate progress across teams to ensure on-time delivery and adherence to standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any major.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in footwear development.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the shoe development process from initial development through final sample completion.
• Develop shoe samples per technical specifications and HQ requirements.
• Communicate and coordinate with HQ regarding development requirements and sample revisions.
• Inspect and verify shoe sample quality to ensure spec compliance.
• Prepare development reports and presentations.
