Job summary

Pou Chen Group Indonesia is seeking a detail-oriented Test Engineer to conduct testing and evaluation of footwear products. You will perform measurements, record data, and run wear trials to support product development and improve quality.

The role requires a Minimum S1 and proficiency in Microsoft Office, with good English and strong communication skills. You will work independently or as part of a team to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum S1 (Bachelor's degree) required.
• Experience in footwear industry or product testing preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Good command of English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Conduct testing and evaluation of footwear products.
