Excelitas Technologies Corp. in Batam is seeking a Senior Analyst, Finance Operations Control to strengthen costing, budgeting, and financial reporting. You will support month-end closings, maintain SAP costing data, and deliver insights to drive business decisions with accuracy and timeliness.

The role partners with Operations and cost center owners to shape operating expenses, CAPEX planning, and planning data in HFP, ensuring compliance with local standards and corporate policies.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, costing, FP&A or similar roles
• Working knowledge of SAP FI/CO/MM
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, cost management and variance analysis
• Advanced Excel skills and financial data analysis
• Experience with Power BI or other analytics tools advantageous
• Ability to communicate financial information clearly with stakeholders

Mansioni

• Support month-end closing and material management activities
• Maintain accurate costing data in SAP
• Support cycle counts, inventory reconciliation, and discrepancy analysis
• Prepare inventory analysis and reports for management
• Assist with annual standard cost roll-up, data extraction and validation
• Provide financial analyses and insights for management and operational teams
