Qualifications

• Min level assistant manager with min 7 years experience and Accounting educational background.
• Willing to be stationed in unit refinery for min. 5 years (e.g. East Java locations).
• Solid business and financial acumen.
• Understanding data analysis and performance metrics.
• Ability to diagnose problems quickly, foresee potential issue, and make sound decision.

Responsibilities

• Manage, coordinate and review monthly costing activities performed by RepCosting team, including BOM structure, routing, price and standard cost per material code.
• Manage, coordinate and review monthly CO Costing activities, including data gathering from operation functions, SKF working papers, cost allocation and expenses charging.
• Manage, review refinery financial performance analysis and statements to management, providing advice on refinery cost control.
• Manage refinery annual budget process including data gathering, report preparation, consolidation and presentation.
