DANA Indonesia is looking for a senior finance professional to manage day-to-day accounting and financial reporting, from month-end and year-end closing to audit and tax support, ensuring PSAK-compliant processes and continuous improvement.

You will prepare and review monthly financial statements, journal entries, and the accounts payable process; serve as the primary liaison for external audits, support tax audits, and drive cross-functional improvements and SOP development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 8–10 years of finance experience; 3–4 years in a managerial role.
• Big 4 public accounting background plus in-house financial management experience.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian PSAK.
• Expertise in month-end and year-end closing, financial reporting, and complex reconciliations.
• Experience as primary liaison for external audits and supporting tax audits.

About the role

Manage the company's day-to-day accounting and financial reporting, from month-end and year end closing to audit and tax support. Keep our financial processes accurate, compliant with PSAK, and continuously improving.

You’ll be working on:

• Prepare and review monthly financial statements, including account reconciliations and reports to stakeholders
• Prepare and review journal entries
• Manage the accounts payable process (vendor invoices)
• Act as audit liaison and support the tax team for tax audits
• Ensure adherence to accounting principles and internal policies
• Regularly review financial processes and systems to find improvement and efficiency opportunities
• Prepare and regularly review SOPs for all critical processes
• Lead or contribute to improvement initiatives, internally and cross-functionally
• Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements
• Support ad-hoc projects assigned by senior leadership

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 3-4 years in managerial role
• Proven track record in a Big 4 public accounting firm, combined with in-house financial management experience
• Deep understanding of Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK)
• Strong expertise in month-end and year-end closing, financial reporting, and complex account reconciliations
• Experience as the primary liaison for external audits and supporting tax audits
