Job summary

Talent Search Recruitment - Indonesia is seeking an experienced Finance and General Affairs professional to manage day-to-day financial operations in Jakarta. The role includes invoicing clients, processing vendor payments, maintaining financial records, and generating AR/AP reports.

You will oversee payroll for a small team (about 15 staff), attendance, leave, office payments, and stationery, while coordinating KITAS arrangements for expatriates.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in any discipline.
• Minimum experience of 5 years in similar works in any industry.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day Finance and General Affair matters.
• Preparing invoices to client.
• Processing invoices from vendors/contractors/suppliers and releasing payments as per online payment method.
• Maintaining all financial records and data.
• Making reports like Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
• Making Payroll and transferring salary of employees (total ~15 employees).
• Maintaining Attendance and Leave records of employees.
• Managing payments of office, utilities, office stationery and general office items.
• Maintaining employee records.
• Coordinating with agents for KITAS for expatriates.
