Job summary

Talent Search Recruitment is seeking an Assistant Finance Manager to handle day-to-day finance and GA tasks in Jakarta. You will prepare invoices to clients, process vendor invoices, and release payments using online methods.

The role requires 5+ years of experience and a degree or diploma in any discipline. You will manage payroll for about 15 employees and handle attendance records, office payments, and expatriate KITAS coordination.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in any discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in similar work.

• Handle day-to-day Finance and General Affair tasks.
• Prepare invoices to clients.
• Process invoices from vendors/contractors/suppliers and release payments.
• Maintain financial records and payroll for about 15 employees.

Job description

The candidate will be required to handle day-to-day Finance and General Affair matters.

• Preparing invoices to client
• Processing invoices from vendors/ contractors/ suppliers and releasing payments as per online payment method
• Maintaining all financial records and data
• Making Payroll and transferring salary of employees (we are having total ~ 15 employees).
• Maintaining Attendance and Leave records of employees.
• Managing payments of office, utilities, office stationery and general office items.
• Maintaining employee records.
• Coordinating with agents for KITAS for expatriates.

Qualification & Experience

• Degree or Diploma in any discipline.
• Minimum experience of 5 years in similar works in any industry
