Job summary

TaxPrime is seeking a detail-oriented Finance Staff in Jakarta to support daily accounting and financial operations. You will ensure accurate record-keeping, cash flow tracking, and smooth financial workflows.

The role requires a finance/Accounting degree with GPA 3.0+, at least 2 years in finance, and advanced spreadsheet skills. Familiarity with Accurate Online is a plus; Jakarta-based candidates preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accountancy, Banking, or equivalent, with GPA ≥ 3.00.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant finance/accounting experience.
• Advanced proficiency in spreadsheets (Google Sheets, MS Excel).
• Familiarity with accounting software; Accurate Online is a strong advantage.
• Solid understanding of core accounting principles and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Track daily cash inflows and outflows to maintain accurate balance records.
• Monitor and update bank statements and ledger accounts.
• Manage AR and AP including vendor payments and client invoicing/collections.
• Record and post journal entries for period-end reporting.
• Oversee petty cash disbursements and OPE data.
• Maintain digital and physical filing systems for financial docs.

Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Staff to join our growing team in Jakarta. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting daily accounting and financial operations, ensuring accurate record-keeping, cash flow tracking, and seamless financial workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Track daily cash inflows and outflows to maintain accurate balance records.

Monitor and continuously update bank statements and ledger accounts.

Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) functions, including vendor payments and client invoicing/collections.

Record and post journal entries accurately for period-end reporting.

Oversee petty cash disbursements, top-ups, and process Out-of-Pocket Expenses (OPE) data.

Maintain systematic digital and physical filing systems for all financial documentation, invoices, and receipts.

Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Banking, or equivalent, with a minimum GPA of 3.00.

Minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience in finance or accounting.

Advanced/Expert proficiency in spreadsheets (e.g., Google Sheets, MS Excel).

Familiarity with accounting software (experience with Accurate Online is a strong advantage).

Solid understanding of core accounting principles and standard operating procedures.

Exceptionally detail-oriented, quick to learn, adaptable, and a strong team player.

Willingness to work overtime as needed.

Must be currently domiciled in Jakarta.
