PT BREXA Raya Indonesia is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Indonesian standards. You will manage general ledger, journal entries, and tax compliance while leading and developing a finance team.

The role demands strong cost accounting, ERP proficiency (SAP/Oracle), and excellent analytical skills. Serang, Banten location.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
At least 10 years of experience in finance and accounting, with 2+ years in management.
Experience in manufacturing industry preferred.
Strong cost accounting, inventory control, and financial analysis knowledge.
ERP systems experience (SAP or Oracle or similar).
Knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations.

Responsibilities

Oversee and ensure the accuracy of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Manage general ledger, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
Ensure compliance with local accounting standards and tax regulations.
Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and internal policies.
Lead, supervise and develop accounting staff, providing coaching and mentoring to enhance team performance and professional growth.
Monitor and analyse financial performance against budgets and forecasts, reporting variances to senior management.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations and coordinate with tax authorities as required.
