Job summary

PT BREXA Raya Indonesia is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Indonesian standards. You will manage general ledger, journal entries, and tax compliance while leading and developing a finance team.

The role demands strong cost accounting, ERP proficiency (SAP/Oracle), and excellent analytical skills. Serang, Banten location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• At least 10 years of experience in finance and accounting, with 2+ years in management.
• Experience in manufacturing industry preferred.
• Strong cost accounting, inventory control, and financial analysis knowledge.
• ERP systems experience (SAP or Oracle or similar).
• Knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations.

What we're looking for

A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field

Minimum 10 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 2 years in managerial level

Strong experience in manufacturing industry (Preferable)

Solid understanding of cost accounting, inventory control, and financial analysis

Familiar with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)

Good knowledge of tax regulations and financial reporting standards

Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools

Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal formats

Ability to work independently whilst collaborating effectively with colleagues across different departments

Willing to work in Serang, Banten.
