Engio seeks an Assistant Manager — Finance to lead day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, taxation, and internal controls in Indonesia. Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in Finance & Accounting with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of the full accounting cycle and financial reporting.
• Solid knowledge of Indonesian taxation (PPh, PPN, e-Faktur, e-Bupot, Coretax).
• Experience with monthly/annual financial reports and audits.
• Advanced Excel skills and ERP experience.
• Brevet A & B certification.
• English proficiency in speaking and writing.

• Oversee core accounting activities: GL, AP, AR, fixed assets, and financial reporting.
• Prepare monthly and annual financial statements per procedures and standards.
• Ensure accurate tax compliance and reporting (PPh, PPN, e-Faktur, e-Bupot, Coretax).
• Monitor cost control initiatives to improve efficiency and profitability.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and provide required documents.
• Analyze financial data, identify issues, and provide solutions for management decisions.
• Maintain and improve financial processes, controls, and reporting accuracy.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
