Job summary

PT. Flexo Solusi Indonesia seeks a Finance, Accounting & Tax Manager to lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning in Indonesia. The role requires strong IFRS/PSAK expertise and hands-on leadership of a finance team.

The ideal candidate has a CPA/CMA, Brevet A & B, and at least 5 years in finance with 2+ in management, plus proficiency with Odoo ERP and Indonesian tax rules; English and Bahasa Indonesia fluency is essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting is required.
CPA or CMA certification is an advantage.
Brevet A & B certification is required; Brevet C is an advantage.
Minimum 5 years in finance and accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations (PPh 21/23/25/29, PPN) and hands-on tax systems experience.
Proficiency with Odoo ERP and other accounting software.

Responsibilities

Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial plans to align with business objectives.
Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to senior management.
Oversee cash flow management to ensure liquidity.
Collaborate with external auditors, banks, and other financial institutions.
Evaluate and implement strategies for cost optimization and financial efficiency.
Ensure compliance with PSAK and IFRS reporting standards.
Oversee the accounting function and monthly close processes.
Supervise accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
Maintain and improve internal controls and financial processes.
Lead and develop a high-performing finance and accounting team.
Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
