Job summary

• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting/financial management.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, local Indonesian tax regulations, and reporting standards.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and advanced Excel.
• Leadership, communication skills, and ability to manage teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all accounting operations including AP/AR and GL management.
• Prepare and review financial statements with accuracy and compliance.
• Manage budgeting processes and provide forecasts and analysis.
• Supervise accounting staff and drive professional development.
• Monitor cash flow and liquidity; optimise working capital.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, reporting, and audits.
• Coordinate with external auditors and banks for reconciliations.
• Prepare management reports and insights on financial performance.
• Implement effective accounting systems to improve efficiency.
