Job summary

PT Cosmo Manufacturing Indonesia is seeking an experienced project manager to drive end-to-end delivery across multiple workstreams, coordinating with local and HQ teams and external vendors. You will lead governance reviews, surface risks, and implement mitigations while overseeing a complex relocation, commissioning, and asset transfers.

The role requires PMI certification (preferred), AutoCAD proficiency, and strong knowledge of local safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field.
• PMI certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of local regulations and safety standards.
• Ability to read technical drawings.
• Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end delivery across all workstreams with local and HQ teams and external vendors.
• Run governance cadence, report status and milestones to the Project Owner and sponsors, and activate interventions.
• Bridge HQ, local team, and vendors, surface risks and trade-offs with recommended actions.
• Plan and manage relocation to a new site, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resourcing for de-installation, transport, re-installation, and commissioning.
• Phase works to minimize downtime, with contingency planning and ramp-up.
• Source, appoint, and supervise logistics providers, contractors, and suppliers against scope, quality, and SLAs.
• Manage delivery partners as main contact, lead handovers, and protect against defect liability and scope slippage.
• Secure permits and approvals, co-ordinate asset transfers, ensure compliance with safety and regulatory rules.
• Audit and general support for customer brand-audit readiness with the sales team.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
