PT Cosmo Manufacturing Indonesia is seeking an experienced project manager to drive end-to-end delivery across multiple workstreams, coordinating with local and HQ teams and external vendors. You will lead governance reviews, surface risks, and implement mitigations while overseeing a complex relocation, commissioning, and asset transfers.
The role requires PMI certification (preferred), AutoCAD proficiency, and strong knowledge of local safety and regulatory standards.
Drive end-to-end delivery across all workstreams, working with local and HQ teams (operations, process re-engineering, legal, HR, IT, Finance, compliance) and external vendors.
Run the governance cadence (working-team meetings, dependencies, risk and mitigation, pre-emptive actions), and report status and milestones to the Project Owner and sponsors, activating interventions where needed.
Bridge HQ, the local team, and vendors, surfacing risks and trade-offs with recommended actions.
Relocation and commissioning
Plan and manage the existing-to-new site relocation: transition scope, sequencing, timelines, budgets, and resourcing for de-installation, transport, re-installation, and commissioning of machinery, equipment, and inventory, with engineering, production, and specialist movers.
Phase the works to minimise production downtime, including contingency planning and receiving-site ramp-up.
Vendor and logistics
Source, appoint, and supervise logistics providers, contractors, M&E vendors, and specialist suppliers against agreed scope, quality, and service levels.
Manage delivery partners as the main point of contact, lead handovers (joint inspections, snag lists, countersigned delivery), and protect Cosmo against defect liability and scope slippage.
Permits, compliance, and safety
Secure all permits and approvals, confirm site readiness, and co-ordinate asset transfers from the existing facility.
Ensure all works comply with building, landlord, fire-safety, and regulatory requirements.
Uphold health, safety, and site standards across all activities.
Audit and general
Support customer brand-audit readiness with the sales team.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field
At least 5 years’ experience managing large-scale facility or infrastructure projects
PMI certification (e.g., PMP® and PMI-ACP®) with demonstrated expertise in project management is preferred
Strong Knowledge of local regulations, workplace safety, and compliance standards
AutoCAD proficiency and ability to interpret technical drawings
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Proficiency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English is mandatory
