Job summary

Sailglobal is recruiting a Project Manager in Indonesia to oversee construction projects from planning through handover, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and quality targets.

The role requires 5+ years in project management, Indonesia project experience, and a civil/engineering background; PMP/IPMA is a plus. Travel to project sites is expected under a contract arrangement with accommodation and meals provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management or equivalent.
• Proven experience managing construction projects in Indonesia.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project planning, execution and handover.
• Develop and monitor schedules, budgets, and execution plans.
• Coordinate clients, consultants, contractors, and authorities.
• Manage quality, safety, risks, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead project teams and chair coordination meetings.
• Support procurement, supplier evaluation, and contracts.
• Report progress, costs, and risks to management.
