You will oversee customs clearance, HS code classification, INSW/CEISA processes, freight forwarding, and documentation, while managing a team and coordinating with authorities; proficiency in Excel and ERP, and English communication are essential. The role offers exposure to ISO processes and Europe expansion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in International Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• At least five years of export-import operations experience, with two in a supervisory/managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian customs regulations and international trade documentation.
• Experience with customs clearance, freight forwarding, and coordination with authorities.
• Familiarity with INSW, CEISA, HS codes, and licensing requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Experience in the medical devices industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

Job description

Lead export-import operations and ensure efficient, compliant movement of goods across international supply chains. This role will oversee customs clearance, freight forwarding, shipping arrangements, trade documentation, and coordination with customs authorities, with valuable exposure to the medical device industry and relevant import regulations.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in International Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Strong knowledge of Indonesian customs regulations, import-export procedures, and international trade documentation.

Experience handling customs clearance, freight forwarding, shipping arrangements, and coordination with customs authorities.

Familiarity with INSW, CEISA, HS Code classification, and import-export licensing requirements.

A valid Indonesian Customs Expert Certification (Sertifikat Ahli Kepabeanan) is preferred.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.

Good command of written and spoken English.

Experience in the medical device industry and familiarity with relevant import regulations will be an advantage.
