Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management, preferably in air cargo, airline, or air freight sectors.
• Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and essential productivity software (Google Sheets, Docs, Slides).
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Drive New Business Acquisition by identifying and engaging with potential clients in assigned markets.
• Lead end-to-end sales process from outreach to contract signing with high-fidelity execution.
• Manage tactical client relationships as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of accounts.
