Job summary

PT Prisma Harapan is seeking a Senior Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and manage end-to-end project execution for indoor and outdoor advertising campaigns in Indonesia. You will oversee production activities, prepare cost proposals, schedules, and resource plans while coordinating with vendors and stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Production Management, Event Management, Architecture, Design, or related field.
• 5+ years in EO/Brand Activation/Exhibition/Creative Agency with end-to-end project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of production processes for Event/Brand Activation/Exhibition/etc.
• Experience preparing PCPs, timelines, and production planning.
• Strong leadership to manage teams and multiple projects simultaneously.
• Vendor and stakeholder management with suppliers, landlords, EO, and internal/external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and manage end-to-end project execution.
• Oversee production activities for events and promotional media.
• Prepare PCPs, timelines, production schedules, and resource plans.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, landlords, EOs, and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor production quality, budgets, QC and K3 compliance.
• Identify risks, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead, coach, and supervise the production team.
