Job summary

PT. INTEGRITAS PERKASA KONSTRUKSI, based in West Jakarta, seeks an experienced Project Marketing professional to shape marketing strategies, target markets, and promotional channels for project campaigns.

You will manage schedules, events, and digital initiatives, coordinating with internal teams and vendors while overseeing RAB and funds usage. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Management/Communication and 2–3 years of marketing project experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management, or Communications.
• 2–3 years of experience in marketing projects.
• Understanding of marketing strategies and budget planning (RAB).
• Ability to manage promotional schedules, events, and digital campaigns.
• Strong coordination and communication with internal teams and vendors.
• Analytical skills for periodic project monitoring and evaluation.
• Creative in proposing digital strategies to boost promotion effectiveness.
• Able to work independently or in a team under tight deadlines.
• Good administrative and reporting skills, with knowledge of planning tools.

Responsibilities

• Create marketing strategies based on project objectives.
• Determine target markets, promotion channels, and required budget.
• Arrange schedules for promotional activities, events, and digital campaigns.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and third parties.
• Prepare RAB and oversee use of project funds.
• Ensure projects run efficiently and per plan.
• Supervise project implementation on a periodic basis.
• Prepare final project reports for evaluation and archives.
• Propose new approaches or digital strategies for effectiveness.
