PT Petrosea Tbk seeks a senior professional to lead end-to-end tender management, prospecting new clients and building lasting relationships with key accounts in a dynamic energy and mining environment.

The role requires oversight of bid packages, strategic planning, and market analysis to win proposals while minimizing risk. Fluency in English and a strong background in business development, project management, and asset management are essential.

Competenze

Min. 7 years previous experience in Business Development and Project Management.
Estimating experience is advantageous.
Experience with asset/equipment management system/application: ERP, Maintenance and Reliability, Data Processing and Predictive Maintenance.
Experienced with Asset Key Performance Indicator, measurement and analysis.
Experienced with asset management international operating standards (ISO) 55.
Strong knowledge of business model and strategy development, financial analysis and capital engineering.
Able to work extended hours to meet/entertain clients and owners.
Fluent in English, both spoken and written is an advantage.

Mansioni

Operate the end-to-end tender process, including prospecting new clients and manage key client relationships.
Create, identify and convert opportunities to viable prospects that can be efficiently won by Petrosea whilst minimizing project risk to be borne by Petrosea.
Provide intelligence, expertise and direction on bid packages from budgetary proposal to tender to post-tender negotiation.
Perform project/client due diligence, partner assessment, prepare pre-tender agreements, prospect registration and assessment.
Define and implement short-term and long-term strategic business plan to achieve financial targets and sustainable growth.
Develop the pipeline of new business coming into the company.
Have thorough knowledge of market, solutions/services the company can provide, and of competitors.
Conduct primary research, industry, market and competitive analysis, and customer needs assessment, where required.
Plan and develop BD strategy to ensure clients choose Petrosea by negotiation rather than open tender.
Number of prospects obtained through negotiations.
Identify projects that can be won with minimal wasted estimating effort.
Maintain and actively implement SHE programs and SHE Management System to ensure effectiveness of programs and compliance with ISO, SMK3 & SMKP standards.
