PT Asata Utama Electrical Industries is seeking an experienced Tender/Procurement Specialist to monitor new tenders and prepare comprehensive bid documentation. The role involves coordinating internal teams to develop competitive submissions and ensuring timely uploads to e-procurement portals.

The candidate should have a minimum of five years in tender/procurement, strong MS Office skills, and excellent communication under deadline pressure.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Electrical Engineering, Business Administration or Marketing.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in tender/procurement.
• Strong understanding of the complete tender process from pre-bidding to submission.
• Meticulous in preparing and organizing administrative, technical, and price documents per KAK/RKS.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint for documentation and proposals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication under strict deadlines.

Mansioni

• Monitor and screen information on new tender and project announcements from LPSE, BUMN, and private sector.
• Study and analyse procurement documents (KAK, RKS, Technical Specifications, and Tender Terms).
• Prepare and complete all administrative, legal, technical, and financial documentation required for tender submissions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to develop competitive proposals that comply with tender requirements.
• Upload tender documents to e-procurement portals or submit physical documents on time.
• Manage archives of tender documents, contracts, and project correspondence.
