Petrosea seeks a Senior Business Development Specialist EPC to drive end-to-end tenders, build strong client relationships and develop strategic BD plans. You will analyze markets, assess customer needs, and steer opportunities with a focus on minimizing risk for Petrosea.

The role requires deep understanding of EPC services, strong negotiation skills and the ability to work extended hours to meet client needs. English fluency is an advantage.

Competenze

• 7+ years of experience in business development and project management.
• Experience with asset/equipment management systems is advantageous.
• Fluency in English is an advantage.

Mansioni

• Lead end-to-end tender process from prospecting to proposal submission.
• Build and manage key client relationships to support growth.
• Develop and implement short- and long-term BD plans for sustainable growth.
