Job summary

SeaOwl Indonesia is seeking a Lead Buyer / Procurement Coordinator based in Batam to manage end-to-end procurement for EPC projects. You will coordinate with Project, Engineering and Construction teams to ensure timely, budget-compliant procurement of equipment and materials.

Responsibilities include RFQ management, supplier pre-qualification, negotiations, PO creation, expediting and supplier performance monitoring. Strong English and Excel skills are required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor degree in procurement, supply chain, engineering, business administration or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement activities for EPC and project requirements.
• Review requisitions, specs and project procurement requirements.
• Identify and pre-qualify suppliers and subcontractors.
• Conduct strategic sourcing and negotiations with vendors.
• Prepare and issue RFQs, evaluate quotations and make commercial comparisons.
• Prepare and manage Purchase Orders and procurement documentation.
• Coordinate expediting and material delivery with vendors and project teams.
• Monitor supplier performance, delivery and contractual compliance.
• Support procurement KPI reporting and project procurement dashboards.
