Job summary

PT Lautan Luas Tbk, Jakarta, seeks a seasoned Risk Management leader to analyze complex, cross-functional risks and guide treatment strategies. You will develop KRIs, dashboards, and risk tools while interpreting regulations and advising on controls across the organization.

You will collaborate with multiple functions to continuously improve the Group ERM framework and support strategic initiatives and major investments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, engineering or law.
• Master’s degree is an advantage.
• Certifications in risk management are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and analyze complex, cross-functional, and emerging risks.
• Develop risk mitigation strategies and treatment options.
• Maintain risk assessment tools, dashboards, and KRIs for monitoring.
• Interpret regulations and advise on risk methodologies and controls.
• Provide risk advisory for strategic initiatives and major investments.
• Collaborate across functions to improve the ERM framework and tools.
