Job summary

PT Bakrieland Development Tbk is seeking an experienced Corporate Risk Management & Internal Audit Manager to lead risk management and regulatory compliance across all business lines. The role covers ERM framework, KRIs, audits, and Board reporting to ensure governance, financial integrity, and ESG standards.

The candidate will oversee ISO 31000-aligned procedures, conduct risk-based audits, and coordinate with external examiners to uphold governance in a public listed real estate group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Law, Management, Finance, Accounting, or Civil Engineering/Architecture from a reputable university.
• At least 7–10 years in Risk Management & Compliance, with 3–5 years in a managerial role.
• Experience in a publicly listed company (Tbk) in property/real estate/construction.
• Professional risk management certification is a plus (CGRC, GRCM, GRCP, QRGP, CRMP).

Responsibilities

• Formulate, maintain, and update the ERM framework and policies per ISO 31000.
• Identify, analyze, quantify, and mitigate strategic, operational, financial, legal, and project risks.
• Manage the Corporate Risk Register, KRIs, and risk profile assessments across units.
• Oversee compliance with OJK/IDX regulations, land laws, licensing, and EHS/ESG standards.
• Lead internal and external audits, prepare reports for the Board and Audit Committee.
