Job summary

MR.D.I.Y. Indonesia is seeking an experienced Risk Manager to identify and manage enterprise-wide risks across Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, IT and Strategy.

You will lead risk assessments, develop mitigation plans, and embed robust controls with senior stakeholders. The role requires 5+ years in risk management, professional certification (FRM/CRM or equivalent) is advantageous, and strong English/Bahasa communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in accounting, business management, engineering or IT.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in risk management or related functions.
• Experience in Consulting, Retail, Manufacturing or FMCG preferred.
• Certification in Risk Management (FRM, CRM or equivalent) is a plus.
• Experience with ISO 31000 / COSO ERM, data analytics and business processes.
• Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa, analytical mindset and ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Identify enterprise-wide risks through interviews, workshops, walkthroughs, process mapping, data analytics and trend analysis.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive risk register.
• Ensure risks are defined, measurable and aligned across functions.
• Assess risks by likelihood and impact with risk appetite criteria.
• Evaluate inherent vs residual risks and effectiveness of controls.
• Prioritize risks and highlight key enterprise risks for management focus.
• Propose risk mitigation plans and embed controls into SOPs and policies.
• Support Board discussions and risk governance across BoD, BoC, Audit Committee and leadership.
• Prepare periodic risk reports and develop KRIs and early warning mechanisms.
• Ensure ERM aligns with OJK and IDX requirements and COSO/ISO standards.
