Pt Maju Aman Sejahtera, Bekasi-based bank, seeks a Senior Financial Risk Manager to lead the Enterprise Risk Management function. You will oversee ERM frameworks, risk reporting, and regulatory compliance while guiding a team of risk professionals in a hybrid work setting.

The role requires deep experience in credit, market, liquidity, and Basel regulations, with strong analytical and leadership capabilities to foster a robust risk culture across the organization.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in financial risk management within the banking sector.
• In-depth knowledge of credit risk, market risk, liquidity risk, and Basel III/IV regulations.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing ERM frameworks.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in risk management software and MS Office Suite.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment and manage diverse teams.
• Experience in the Indonesian banking regulatory environment (OJK) is essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the ERM framework, policies, and procedures.
• Identify, assess, and monitor key financial risks including credit, market, liquidity, and operational risks.
• Develop and maintain risk models, stress testing programs, and scenario analyses.
• Ensure compliance with OJK regulations and guidelines.
• Prepare regular risk reports for senior management and the Board.
• Lead and mentor a team of risk professionals.
• Collaborate with business units to integrate risk considerations into planning.
• Stay informed about emerging risks and best practices.
