Job summary

PT Sejahtera Sama Kita seeks a proactive Senior Enterprise & Operational Risk Specialist to strengthen our risk management, governance, and resilience. You will monitor KRIs, develop dashboards, and perform risk assessments for new initiatives while supporting regulatory compliance across OJK and BI requirements.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in finance, accounting, risk management, statistics, or engineering.
Minimum 3 years in risk management, operational risk, analytics, or internal controls.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Experience in fintech, digital banking, e-wallet, lending or financial services preferred.
Familiarity with OJK/BI risk regulations is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Monitor KRIs, risk appetite thresholds, and prepare dashboards and reports.
Support regulatory compliance, governance, and committee materials.
Analyze risks, develop early warning indicators, and support risk initiatives and vendor risk assessments.
Review contracts and partnerships for risk, collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Procurement, and Business teams.
