PT Finture Tech Indonesia is seeking an Enterprise & Operational Risk Specialist to help develop and implement the Operational Risk Management Framework (ORMF) and Enterprise Risk Management (ERM). You will work with cross-functional teams to identify risks and strengthen internal controls across the organization.

The role emphasizes risk governance, regulatory compliance, incident analysis, and risk reporting to improve resilience and governance within a growing fintech environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Business, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in Operational Risk, Enterprise Risk Management, Internal Audit, Compliance, or a related function.
• Experience in banking, multifinance, financial services, or other regulated industries is an advantage.
• Familiarity with OJK and/or BI regulations and supervisory expectations is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Support the implementation and continuous enhancement of the Operational Risk Management Framework (ORMF) and Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework.
• Assist in developing and maintaining risk governance documents, policies, SOPs, and process control checklists.
• Maintain risk registers, risk taxonomies, KRI and KPI catalogs, and risk issue-tracking logs.
• Collaborate with business and functional teams to conduct Risk and Control Self-Assessments (RCSA).
• Support control testing and evaluate the effectiveness of existing risk mitigation measures.
• Assist in operational incident reporting, root-cause analysis, and the development of corrective and preventive action plans.
• Monitor key risk indicators, operational losses, fraud incidents, SLA breaches, and process-related issues.
• Prepare periodic risk dashboards, MIS reports, and risk updates to support informed decision-making.
• Support regulatory examinations, internal audits, and ISMS assessments, as required.
