DBS seeks a Senior Associate in Operational Risk Management at the Jakarta Head Office. You will assist in implementing risk policies, reviewing deviations, and ensuring robust controls. The role emphasizes data-driven risk reporting and timely issue escalation within the COO Operations scope.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, support audits, and drive risk awareness across the organization to maintain regulatory compliance and strong governance.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years of experience in operational risk management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with risk assessments, KRIs, and control testing.
• Thorough understanding of regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

Responsabilidades

• Implement the DBSI Operational Risk Management Policy and processes within the Ops unit to ensure a sound risk and control environment.
• Conduct preliminary reviews of proposed deviations from operational risk policies and standards.
• Perform timely review of proposed processes/initiatives to ensure risk controls are implemented and escalate risk issues.
• Participate in initiatives to foster risk and control awareness, including audit support.
• Prepare accurate periodic operational risk reports based on qualitative and quantitative data.
• Manage timely reporting, escalation, and investigation of operational risk issues/incidents with root cause analysis.
• Monitor timely resolution of issues from RCSA exercises, audit findings, and regulatory compliance.
• Handle other operational risk related tasks.
