Job summary

PT Powertek Indo Asia seeks an Electrical Engineer to design and develop electrical systems and panel configurations based on project requirements. You will prepare SLDs, wiring diagrams, layouts, and BOM, and perform component selection.

You will coordinate with Project, Production, and Procurement teams to ensure project readiness, support installation and commissioning, and ensure compliance with standards and customer specs. English communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 1–3 years in electrical engineering or related fields; fresh grads with strong competencies welcome.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, control panels, MCC panels, and power distribution.
• Able to read and create SLDs, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings.
• Proficient in AutoCAD/EPLAN or similar software.
• Good analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop electrical systems and panel configurations based on project requirements.
• Prepare and review technical documents including SLDs, wiring diagrams, layout drawings, and BOM.
• Perform electrical calculations and component selection for project needs.
• Coordinate with Project, Production, and Procurement teams to ensure project readiness.
• Support installation, testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning activities.
• Ensure designs comply with applicable electrical standards and customer specifications.
• Provide technical support during project execution and customer discussions.
• Support implementation of company QHSE and quality management systems.
