Job summary

APP Group in Jakarta is seeking a Lead Electrical Engineer to oversee design reviews and on-site implementation for a paper mill project. You will lead electrical design activities and ensure timely, compliant delivery of HV/MV/LV systems on site.

The role requires coordinating with EPCs, OEMs, and civil/mechanical teams, supervising installation, testing and commissioning, and driving safety, schedule adherence, and handover documentation to ensure project success.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical design review and site implementation for paper mill construction, including HV/MV/LV systems
• Ensure power distribution, MCCs, drives, and control panels are installed per IEC/IEEE and project specifications
• Coordinate with EPC, OEMs, and civil/mechanical teams to resolve interface and constructability issues
• Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems up to energization
• Identify construction risks, ensure electrical safety compliance, and drive corrective actions on site
• Support project schedule, quality control, and handover documentation for electrical scope
