Job summary

Avomind is seeking a Senior Account Manager to manage and grow its education-agent partner portfolio across Indonesia. The role focuses on strengthening relationships, expanding student recruitment, and identifying growth opportunities in the Indonesian market.

It combines account management (60–70%) with new business development (30–40%), demanding a proactive, consultative approach and frequent travel to meet agents at events and partner sites.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant professional experience in account management, B2B sales, channel sales or partner management.
• Strong, hands-on experience managing a substantial portfolio of education agents (20+ active partners).
• Proven experience developing and maintaining relationships with Indonesian education agents.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop a portfolio of education-agent partners across Indonesia, including strategic and boutique agencies.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with decision-makers and act as a trusted commercial partner.
• Develop account plans to grow student recruitment and partner performance; monitor risks and growth opportunities.
